Welcome to Personalised Health
While training provides the tools, lived experience is my greatest asset. I am not speaking to you from a textbook. I know the horrific depths of addiction, cross-addiction, complex trauma, and codependency because I have survived them. Alcohol and toxic relationships drove me to the absolute edge, leading to desperate times, suicide attempts, and even jumping out of a window.
I understand addiction as a true family illness because I have lived it from every single angle. We lost our mum when we were very young, and I have lost other loved ones to this illness. Today, I still have family members out in active addiction, including my brother who has recently been sectioned. I know exactly what it is like to be the desperate, codependent family member trying to force a loved one into recovery.
Because I have walked through the fire as both the individual struggling and the family member loving them, I look at the whole person. True wellness requires a foundation of mind, body, and spirit. My own life changed completely when I found God, and I weave that faith into a holistic approach—focusing on nutrition, sleep routines, mindset, and building healthy support networks customized entirely to your unique needs.
My path to recovery has been long, and through it, I discovered my true passion: helping others avoid those same pitfalls and making their own journey much more manageable.
