Physical Sobriety Is Only the First Step

My path has not been a straight line. I know firsthand the pain of leaving a structured rehab facility only to find myself struggling with chaotic behaviours and intense emotional distress on the outside. In 2016, despite having years away from alcohol, I faced a severe relapse on prescription medication that required me to go back into treatment.

That pivotal year taught me the hardest and most important lesson of my life: physical sobriety is only the first step. True freedom requires emotional sobriety.

When I left treatment, I realized that clinical counseling alone wasn't enough to help me navigate the overwhelming stress of the real world. I had to learn how to actively manage my mindset, regulate my nervous system, rebuild my physical health through nutrition, and establish rock-solid boundaries.

Today, I use my lived experience to help you bridge that exact gap. I don't just coach you on avoiding a substance; I help you navigate the emotional storms, the hidden triggers, and the daily routines so you can build a stable, meaningful life in the real world.
